FeeBee Baker is the founder of FeeBFit Wellness and a certified neuroscience-informed menopause coach. A divorced mom of two (now adult) children. She understands firsthand the transitions and reinventions women face throughout midlife.

With decades of experience in coaching — and a background as a fashion designer — FeeBee has always had a heart for women. She has listened to countless stories of body image struggles, confidence challenges, and the quiet resilience women carry. Her own journey through menopause revealed how much support and resources women were missing, inspiring her to create FeeBFit Wellness: a space where women can feel seen, supported, and empowered.

FeeBee’s mission goes beyond symptom relief. She is determined to make menopause sexy — breaking taboos, reshaping the conversation, and helping women embrace their femininity with confidence. Through personalized coaching, community, and evidence-based strategies, she empowers women to reclaim their health and step into midlife as a season of strength, vibrancy, and possibility.

At FeeBFit, aging gracefully isn’t about fading — it’s about thriving, glowing, and living boldly.
